We didn't set out to become MobyMax service providers. We became one because we had to solve our own problems.
In 2022, we launched Ambition International School with a vision: provide world-class education to students in Gordon's Bay. With 64 students across multiple grade levels and a lean teaching team, we needed a comprehensive curriculum solution. MobyMax was the obvious choice.
The curriculum worked brilliantly. But the implementation didn't. Parents had no visibility into their children's progress. Our teachers spent over three hours every week manually compiling reports from CSV exports. We were paying premium prices to other providers for basic service and frustratingly slow support. Something had to change.
So we did what educators do best: we solved the problem ourselves. Over the next twelve months, we built a sophisticated parent portal system from the ground up—automated weekly reports, real-time dashboards, comprehensive progress tracking. Everything we wished existed but couldn't find anywhere.
The transformation was immediate. Parents could finally see their children's progress in real time. Teachers reclaimed hours of their week. Our admin burden dropped by 85%. The system just worked—reliably, efficiently, professionally.
After three years and over one million problems completed in just the last 12 months, we've proven this system works at scale. Our parents receive automated weekly insights. Our teachers focus on teaching, not reporting. Our students are progressing measurably faster because interventions happen in real time, not weeks later.
